Why Is A License Required?

As the hiring client, you have royalty-free license to use the photos delivered for your marketing, presentations, websites, awards and paid marketing.

However, keep in mind that the photos are intellectual property. Hiring a photographer is a contractor relationship that offers royalty-free license pack to use the photos, but the legal ownership is still owned by the creator. The hiring client cannot give the photos to third parties, they must purchase their own license that fits their own usage above.
